The Ponderosa Bruins routed the host Granite Bay Grizzlies softball squad by a final score of 20-3 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Bruins (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Folsom was routed by Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA), 17-7, in a non-league battle.
The Grizzlies now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Antelope for a non-league battle on Monday, March 14. Granite Bay will confront a Titans squad coming off a 19-4 non-league loss to Franklin (Elk Grove, CA). The Titans record now stands at 1-4.
