The West Wolfpack softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Rio Linda Knights to 3 in the Wolfpack non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, West improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Wolfpack host Kimball (Tracy, CA) to clash with the Jaguars in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 15. The Jaguars come into the game with a record of 4-1. Kimball won 22-1 in their recent non-league game against Patterson (Patterson, CA)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Mariposa County Grizzlies (Mariposa, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 11. Rio Linda will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Grizzlies come into the game with a 1-2 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA).
