The John Carroll Patriots crushed the visiting Bel Air Bobcats baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop McNamara for a non-league bout on Monday, March 20.
Next, the Bobcats face the Archbishop Curley Friars (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 10. Bel Air will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Friars enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Georgetown Prep (North Bethesda, MD).
