In Thursday's non-league game, the host Las Cruces Bulldawgs baseball team scored a nice 10-2 victory over the El Paso Leadership Academy East Leaders.
The Bulldawgs (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Hobbs overcame Deming (Deming, NM), 9-8, in a non-league game.
The Leaders (5-8) will now prepare for their game against Mingus (Cottonwood, AZ). The Marauders go into the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Mingus was overwhelmed by Shadow Mountain (Phoenix, AZ), 7-4, in a non-league game.
