In Thursday's non-league match, the host Choctaw Yellowjackets basketball team scored a tight 58-56 triumph over the Moore Lions.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets meet the Edmond North Huskies (Edmond, OK) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 10. Choctaw will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 24-2 record after their 63-54 non-league win over Booker T. Washington (Tulsa, OK).
With the defeat, Moore moves to 7-7 on the year.
