In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Garfield Heights Bulldogs basketball team scored a tight 38-37 triumph over the St. Ignatius Wildcats.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the St. John's Jesuit Titans (Toledo, OH) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 11. Garfield Heights will attempt to better on its 22-3 season record. The Titans enter the match with a 19-8 record after their 47-42 non-league win over Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH).
With the defeat, St. Ignatius moves to 19-8 on the year.
