The Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT) basketball nipped the visiting Hand Tigers (Madison, CT), 62-57 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (19-3) will now prepare for their test against Stamford (Stamford, CT). The Black Knights go into the non-league test with a 14-9 record. In their last test, Stamford got by Guilford (Guilford, CT), 52-47, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 13-8 record.
