The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Glendale Cardinals (Glendale, AZ) and the visiting Cactus Shadows Falcons (Cave Creek, AZ), saw Glendale's volleyball squad beat Cactus Shadows by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Glendale upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Cardinals host Central (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 21. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
The Falcons now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Chandler for a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. Cactus Shadows will play a Wolves squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 8-3.
