California High School Volleyball - Deer Valley over Oakland

In Thursday's non-league contest, the Deer Valley Wolverines (Antioch, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Oakland Wildcats (Oakland, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Wolverines battle the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 14. Deer Valley will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Dons come into the contest with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA).

With the loss, Oakland drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Encinal (Alameda, CA) to battle the Jets in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 14. The Jets go into the contest with a record of 2-3.
