In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Rincon/University Rangers softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the North Mustangs.

Coming up next, the Rangers battle the Sahuaro Cougars (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 17. Rincon/University will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record.

The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their outing against Mesa (Mesa, AZ). The Jackrabbits enter the non-league outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Mesa ran past Carl Hayden Community (Phoenix, AZ), 25-0, in a non-league contest.
