With the triumph, Riverside-Durham moves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Pirates host East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC) to play the Wildcats in a DAC-VII 4A contest on Monday, March 13. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 0-3. East Chapel Hill lost 11-5 in their recent non-league contest against Northwood (Pittsboro, NC)

In their next game, the Spartans play the Jordan Falcons (Durham, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 13. Southern Durham will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Falcons come into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 10-5 non-league win over Vance County (Henderson, NC).
