California High School Baseball - Center loses to Nevada Union

March 9, 2024: Grass Valley, CA 95945

The Nevada Union Miners crushed the visiting Center Cougars baseball team by a count of 6-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Miners now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pleasant Valley for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 12. Nevada Union will face a Vikings team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Wheatland (Wheatland, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-1.

Next, the Cougars face the Colfax Falcons (Colfax, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League bout, on Tuesday, March 12. Center will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Hughson (Hughson, CA).
