In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting London Pirates baseball team scored a tight 12-7 victory over the Davenport Wolves.
The Pirates (13-3) will now prepare for their game against Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Goliad was overwhelmed by Pleasanton (Pleasanton, TX), 8-2, in a non-league game.
The Wolves (11-3) will now prepare for their game against Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX). The go into the 4A Region IV District 27 game with a 8-8 record. In their last game, Canyon Lake was overwhelmed by Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX), 11-6, in a non-league game.
