The Destrehan Wildcats baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host St. Michael Warriors to 3 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Saturday.
The Wildcats (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 8-2 record.
The Warriors (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Central Private (Baker, LA). The Redhawks go into the non-league match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Central Private edged Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA), 6-3, in a non-league match.
