The Des Moines Demons (Des Moines, NM) basketball crushed the visiting Elida Tigers (Elida, NM), 79-58 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Demons (25-3) will now prepare for their match against Cimarron (Cimarron, NM). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 23-7 record. In their last match, Cimarron crushed Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM), 69-43, in a non-league match.
With the defeat, Elida moves to 14-12 on the year.
