The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) and the host Community Christian Cyclones (Wilson, NC), saw East Duplin's soccer squad triumph over Community Christian by a count of 7-2.

The Panthers now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to James Kenan for a East Central 2A test on Tuesday, March 12. East Duplin will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 4-1 non-league win over North Duplin (Calypso, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.

With the loss, Community Christian drops to 0-2 on the season. The Cyclones host Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC) to meet the Tigers in a MACAA 2A test on Thursday, March 14. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Trinity Christian won 6-2 in their recent league test against Suffolk Christian Academy (Suffolk, VA)
