Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Har-Ber Wildcats (Springdale, AR), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hurricane confront the Bryant Hornets (Bryant, AR) in a 6A Central challenge, on Tuesday, March 12. Jonesboro will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Hornets enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Southside (Fort Smith, AR).
The Wildcats now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Siloam Springs for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 11. Har-Ber will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 league win over Mountain Home (Mountain Home, AR). The Panthers record now stands at 1-2.
