The Anacoco Indians (Anacoco, LA) softball routed the host Holden Rockets (Holden, LA), 20-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Indians (6-6) will now prepare for their bout against Quitman (Quitman, LA). The Wolverines go into the non-league bout with a 12-2 record. In their last bout, Quitman was routed by Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
The Rockets now possess a 3-9 record. They play next when they travel to Stanley for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 9. Holden will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Monterey (Monterey, LA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-5.
