The Berwick Panthers softball team (Berwick, LA), was routed 14-10 in Saturday's non-league test with the host New Iberia Yellowjackets (New Iberia, LA)

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets encounter the Barbe Buccaneers (Lake Charles, LA) in a 5A District 3 test, on Tuesday, March 12. New Iberia will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Buccaneers enter the test with a 9-10 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Dutchtown (Geismar, LA).

The Panthers (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Patterson (Patterson, LA). The Lumberjacks enter the 3A District 8 test with a 0-6 record.
