The Liberty Hawks (Madera, CA) softball nipped the visiting Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA), 4-3 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Hawks (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA). The Eagles go into the Northwest Sequoia- North bout with a 4-3 record.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hollister for a non-league bout on Friday, March 15.
