Holy Savior Menard Eagles (Alexandria, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Franklin Hornets (Franklin, LA), 15-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forest for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 9. Holy Savior Menard will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Doyline (Doyline, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-3.

With the loss, Franklin falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Hornets host Northside (Lafayette, LA) to face the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 11. The Vikings enter the challenge with a record of 3-3.
