The Singer Hornets softball team scored 24 runs and limited the visiting LaGrange Gators to 8 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Singer moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Hornets travel to Johnson Bayou (Cameron, LA) to clash with the Rebels in a C District 4 game on Tuesday, March 12. The Rebels come into the game with a record of 0-4. Johnson Bayou lost 29-0 in their recent league game against Starks (Starks, LA)

In their next game, the Gators clash with the Leesville Wampus Cats (Leesville, LA) in a 4A District 3 game, on Tuesday, March 12. LaGrange will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record.
