California High School Softball - Quartz Hill bounces Ocean View

The Quartz Hill Royals (Quartz Hill, CA) softball routed the host Ocean View Seahawks (Huntington Beach, CA), 13-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Royals (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Palmdale (Palmdale, CA). The Falcons go into the Golden bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Palmdale was routed by Lancaster (Lancaster, CA), 18-1, in a league bout.

The Seahawks now possess a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Westminster for a Golden West bout on Wednesday, March 13. Ocean View will confront a Lions squad coming off a 12-5 non-league loss to Righetti (Santa Maria, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-10.
