California High School Softball - Santa Fe gets by San Dimas

March 9, 2024: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA) and the visiting San Dimas Saints (San Dimas, CA), witnessed Santa Fe's softball squad tip San Dimas by a count of 9-8.

The Chiefs now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Whittier for a Del Rio match on Tuesday, March 12. Santa Fe will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 19-6 non-league win over Palm Springs (Palm Springs, CA). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, San Dimas moves to 6-5 on the season. The Saints travel to Northview (Covina, CA) to meet the Vikings in a Valle Vista match on Wednesday, March 13. The Vikings go into the match with a record of 6-3. Northview won 8-5 in their recent league match against Covina (Covina, CA)
