Florida High School Baseball - Mandarin loses to Beachside

March 9, 2026: Jacksonville, FL 32258

In Monday's non-league bout, the Beachside Barracudas (St. Johns, FL) baseball squad the host Mandarin Mustangs (Jacksonville, FL), by a count of 5-0.

The Barracudas now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Augustine for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 10. Beachside will clash with a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Wakulla (Crawfordville, FL). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Mandarin drops to 7-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Orange Park (Orange Park, FL) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 10. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Orange Park won 1-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Fletcher (Neptune Beach, FL)
