In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Gordon Lee Trojans baseball team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Chattanooga Central Pounders.
The Trojans (9-8) will now prepare for their game against Hewitt-Trussville (Trussville, AL). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 19-1 record. In their last game, Hewitt-Trussville overcame Hixson (Hixson, TN), 13-0, in a non-league game.
The Pounders (2-8) will now prepare for their game against East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN). The Hurricanes go into the non-league game with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, East Hamilton toppled Cleveland (Cleveland, TN), 15-6, in a non-league contest.
