North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cannon gets by South Mecklenburg

April 1, 2022: Concord, NC 28027

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) and the visiting South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC), saw Cannon's lacrosse team nudge South Mecklenburg by a margin of 12-11.

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC). The Knights enter the challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Charlotte Christian was tipped by Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC), 17-8, in a non-league challenge.

The Sabres (7-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Butler (Matthews, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Southwestern/So Meck challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Butler was tipped by Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC), 19-1, in a league challenge.
