Little Village Phoenix (Chicago, IL) supporters were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Lindblom Eagles (Chicago, IL), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Phoenix confront the Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public First Division South challenge, on Tuesday, April 5. Little Village will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Kennedy (Chicago, IL).
The Eagles now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kenwood for a non-league challenge on Sunday, April 3.
