Illinois High School Soccer - Willows Academy knocks off Trinity

The Willows Academy Eagles soccer team scored 8 points and limited the visiting Trinity Blazers to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

Next, the Eagles face the Francis W. Parker Colonels (Chicago, IL) in a Independent Schools contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Willows Academy will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Colonels enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Regina Dominican (Wilmette, IL).

The Blazers now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Mother McAuley for a Chicago Catholic contest on Tuesday, April 5. Trinity will face a Mighty Macs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Chicago University (Chicago, IL). The Mighty Macs record now stands at 3-2.
