California High School Baseball - Sonoma Valley gets by Rancho Cotate

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA) and the visiting Rancho Cotate Cougars (Rohnert Park, CA), saw Sonoma Valley's baseball squad knock off Rancho Cotate by a count of 5-2.

Coming up next, the Dragons play the Piner Prospectors (Santa Rosa, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 2. Sonoma Valley will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Prospectors enter the battle with a 1-1 record after their 10-0 league win over St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA).
