North Carolina High School Softball - Seaforth knocked off by Apex Friendship

In Friday's non-league contest, the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC), by a margin of 21-9.

With the triumph, Apex Friendship moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Patriots host Rolesville (Rolesville, NC) to play the Rams in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 7. The Rams come into the contest with a record of 2-2.

In their next game, the Hawks play the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 6. Seaforth will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record.
