Tomales Braves (Tomales, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Anderson Valley Panthers (Boonville, CA), 26-0 in a league challenge.
The Braves now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Upper Lake for a North Central II challenge on Tuesday, April 12. Tomales will face a Cougars squad coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Del Norte (Crescent City, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-6.
With the loss, Anderson Valley falls to 0-3 on the campaign.
