In Friday's non-league contest, the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Lincoln Golden Bears (Lincoln, AL), by a margin of 12-2.
With the triumph, Hewitt-Trussville moves its record to 24-2 on the year. The Huskies travel to Central (Phenix City, AL) to play the Red Devils in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 2.
