The Ramona Rams softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Mayfair Monsoons to 3 in the Rams non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Ramona moves its record to 14-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA) to clash with the Warriors in a River Valley game on Tuesday, April 5. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 5-13. Patriot lost 8-2 in their recent league game against Hillcrest (Riverside, CA)
In their next game, the Monsoons clash with the Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA) in a Suburban game, on Tuesday, April 5. Mayfair will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Lancers come into the game with a 14-6 record after their 11-1 league loss to La Mirada (La Mirada, CA).
