Pantego Christian Panthers (Arlington, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Calvary Christian Conquerors (Fort Worth, TX), 11-8 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Itasca for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 4. Pantego Christian will face a Wampus Cats squad coming off a 20-1 league loss to Rio Vista (Rio Vista, TX). The Wampus Cats record now stands at 0-3.

With the loss, Calvary Christian falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Eagles in a TAPPS Division IV District 1 challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 5-0.
