Washington High School Softball - Shorecrest felled by Monroe

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Monroe Bearcats softball team scored a nice 26-15 win over the Shorecrest Scots.

Coming up next, the Bearcats encounter the Cedarcrest Red Wolves (Duvall, WA) in a 2A/3A Wesco outing, on Monday, April 4. Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Red Wolves enter the outing with a 4-2 record after their 16-0 league loss to Snohomish (Snohomish, WA).

The Scots (0-7) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Stevens (Lake Stevens, WA). The Vikings enter the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Lake Stevens prevailed over Stanwood (Stanwood, WA), 7-2, in a non-league outing.
