Alabama High School Softball - North Jackson bounces Sequatchie County

The North Jackson Chiefs routed the visiting Sequatchie County Indians softball squad by a final score of 14-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Chiefs (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Notre Dame (Chattanooga, TN). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Notre Dame was routed by Girls Prep (Chattanooga, TN), 12-1, in a non-league battle.

The Indians now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they travel to East Hamilton for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 2. Sequatchie County will confront a Hurricanes squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to North Jackson (Stevenson, AL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 13-5.
