The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Tri-City/Sangamon Valley Storm (Niantic, IL) and the visiting Okaw Valley Timberwolves (Bethany, IL), saw Tri-City/Sangamon Valley's softball squad achieve victory over Okaw Valley by a count of 10-0.

The Storm now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Olympia for a non-league match on Saturday, April 2. Tri-City/Sangamon Valley will face a Spartans squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Mahomet-Seymour (Mahomet, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Okaw Valley falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Arcola (Arcola, IL) to face the Purple Riders in a Lincoln Prairie match on Monday, April 4. The Purple Riders enter the match with a record of 5-3. Arcola lost 8-5 in their recent non-league match against Newton (Newton, IL)
