The Ardmore Tigers baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Stonewall Longhorns to 4 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers (3-10) will now prepare for their match against Elgin (Elgin, OK). The Owls go into the 5A District 2 match with a 12-5 record. In their last match, Elgin edged Washington (Washington, OK), 8-7, in a non-league match.
The Longhorns (5-8) will now prepare for their match against Holdenville (Holdenville, OK). The Wolverines go into the non-league match with a 0-12 record. In their last match, Holdenville was overwhelmed by Preston (Preston, OK), 19-2, in a non-league match.
