Maryland High School Baseball - Atholton loses to Long Reach

The Long Reach Lightning baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Atholton Raiders to 5 in the Lightning league victory on Saturday.
The Lightning (3-3) will now prepare for their match against John Carroll (Bel Air, MD). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, John Carroll edged Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA), 7-6, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Churchill edged Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD), 6-2, in a league match.
