The Community Vikings/Viqueens baseball team (Unionville, TN), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Whitwell Tigers (Whitwell, TN)
The Tigers now hold a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall County for a non-league outing on Friday, April 7. Whitwell will face a Tigers team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Spring Hill (Columbia, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.
Next, the Vikings/Viqueens face the Forrest Rockets (Chapel Hill, TN) in a 2A District 7 outing, on Monday, April 3. Community will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Rockets enter the outing with a 3-1 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Alexandria-Monroe (Alexandria, IN).
