Colorado High School Baseball - Las Animas loses to Holly

April 1, 2023: Las Animas, CO 81054

The Holly Wildcats crushed the host Las Animas Trojans baseball team by a count of 14-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Manzanola for a 1A District 4 bout on Tuesday, April 4. Holly will face a Bobcats team coming off a 16-2 non-league loss to La Veta (La Veta, CO). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-6.

Next, the Trojans face the Dolores Huerta Prep Scorpions (Pueblo, CO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 3. Las Animas will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Scorpions enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 19-2 non-league loss to Swink (Swink, CO).
