The Mater Academy Charter Lions baseball team (Hialeah Gardens, FL), was tipped 5-4 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host IMG Academy Royal Ascenders (Bradenton, FL)

The Ascenders now hold a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmetto for a non-league outing on Monday, April 3. IMG Academy Royal will confront a Tigers team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-9.

Next, the Lions confront the Cooper City Cowboys (Cooper City, FL) in a non-league outing, on Monday, April 3. Mater Academy Charter will attempt to advance on its 7-9 season record. The Cowboys go into the outing with a 9-4 record after their 12-2 non-league win over South Plantation (Plantation, FL).
