The American Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host California Crosspoint Rams to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Saturday.

The Eagles now have a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a Mission Valley game on Thursday, April 6. American will confront a Huskies team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 8-8.

The Rams (15-3) will now prepare for their game against Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Cougars enter the Bay Counties game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Contra Costa Christian gained a win over Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
