The Schaumburg Saxons topped the visiting Waubonsie Valley Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Saxons now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oswego East for a non-league test on Saturday, April 1. Schaumburg will confront a Wolves team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 5-2.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Steelmen enter the non-league test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Joliet Central was knocked off by Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
