In Saturday's non-league test, the host Clarkstown South Vikings lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-13 victory over the Briarcliff Bears.
The Vikings now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Washingtonville for a non-league test on Saturday, April 15.
In their next game, the Bears face the Brewster Bears (Brewster, NY) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 5. Briarcliff will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
