The Hamden Green Dragons lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the visiting Newington Nor'easters to 8 in the Green Dragons non-league win on Saturday.
The Green Dragons (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Hand (Madison, CT). The Tigers go into the Southern Connecticut game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Hand nudged Masuk (Monroe, CT), 15-8, in a non-league game.
