The Stonington Bears (Stonington, CT) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT), 12-7 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Stonington upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Killingly (Killingly, CT) to face the Redmen in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 4. The Redmen come into the test with a record of 0-1. Killingly lost 16-9 in their recent league test against Wheeler (North Stonington, CT)
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Morgan Huskies (Clinton, CT) in a Shoreline test, on Tuesday, April 4. Old Lyme will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
