In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Summit Tigers soccer squad scored a close 5-2 win over the Conifer Lobos.
The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Battle Mountain (Edwards, CO). The Huskies go into the 4A Western Slope battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Battle Mountain nipped Palisade (Palisade, CO), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Lobos (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Wheat Ridge (Wheat Ridge, CO). The Farmers go into the 4A Jefferson County battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Wheat Ridge nipped George Washington (Denver, CO), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
