In Saturday's non-league battle, the Boardman Spartans (Youngstown, OH) lacrosse squad edged the visiting Holy Name Green Wave (Parma Heights, OH), by a count of 4-3.
Coming up next, the Spartans clash with the Lake Blue Streaks (Uniontown, OH) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 5. Boardman will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Blue Streaks come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 8-7 non-league win over St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, OH).
